Terms of payment and delivery
1) Prices and terms of payment
1.1 Unless otherwise stated in the seller’s product description, the prices quoted are total prices that include statutory sales tax. Any additional delivery and shipping costs are specified separately in the respective product description.
1.2 Deliveries to countries outside of Switzerland may incur additional costs for which the seller is not responsible and which must be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by banks (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes
(e.g. customs duties). Such costs can also be incurred in relation to the money transfer if the delivery is made within Switzerland but the customer makes the payment outside of Switzerland.
1.3 The payment option(s) will be communicated to the customer in the seller’s online shop.
1.4 When paying using a payment method offered by PayPal, the payment is processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter: “PayPal”), subject to the PayPal terms of use, can be viewed under 1.5.
If you select the “Amazon Payments” payment method, the payment is processed via the payment service provider Amazon Payments Europe s.c.a., 5 Rue Plaetis, L-2338 Luxembourg (hereinafter: “Amazon”), subject to the Amazon Payments Europe User Agreement, available at
Error! Link reference invalid. If the customer selects “Amazon Payments” as the payment method during the online ordering process, he also issues a payment order to Amazon by clicking the button that concludes the ordering process. In this case, the seller already declares
acceptance of the customer’s offer at the point in time at which the customer initiates the payment process by clicking the button that concludes the order process.
2) Delivery times
Standard delivery times will be communicated as they vary by country and the respective shipping service. Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday). There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Did you order many products with various delivery times? Then the longest delivery time applies to the entire order. Please note that public holidays or a seasonal high volume of parcels from our parcel service providers can delay delivery.
3) Shipping costs
It is up to the seller to choose the most suitable transport company for the order. The buyer has to bear the costs for shipping and any fees incurred for customs clearance.
4) Delivery and shipping conditions
4.1 The delivery of goods takes place by dispatch to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller’s order processing is decisive.
4.2 If the transport company sends the shipped goods back to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation, if he is not responsible
for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller announced the service a reasonable amount of time in advance.
4.3 Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

5) Retention of title
The ownership of the delivered goods stays at the seller until the purchase price owed has been paid in full.
